Stir Fry French Beans with Osyter

Stir Fry French beans/Japanese Ingen with Osyter
When I was young, I thought it was some young long beans, but grandma told me this was French beans. Its crunchy & smooth, sweet. But some said its Japaness Ingen, so what is it? Even if you wiki it ‘french beans’ & Japanese Ingen’, both look the same….
For the dried oyster, you have to soak in water for at least 30minutes to soften it.
Ingredient
1 pack French beans
3 dried oyster
1 clove garlic
1 dash of pepper, 1 dash salt
Prepare & cook
Soak dried oyster for 30mins
Cut dried oyster to slices
Cut both ends of French beans
Cut French beans to about 4cm sideways
Chop garlics to cubes
Heat up oil, add in the garlic then oyster, 15 seconds
Add in the French Beans, Stir it up
Add in 1 dash of pepper, 1 dash salt
Ready to serve

Black Chicken Herbal Soup

Another Type of Chicken Soup. Black chicken herbal soup, when you hear the word ' herbal', sounds bitter? Nop, not at all. Bought a pack of herbs from the chinese medicine chop. Told them, I don’t want a bitter soup for black chicken. It comes with everything, saves our time thinking what herbs should be boil. The herbs contains all which is good for eyes, lungs, blood circulation, etc…sounds healthy?  you could add some dried longan if you are worried the soup is bitter.
Black chicken Herbal Soup
3-5 pax
Ingredient
Whole black chicken
A pack of herbs from the medicine shop
1 garlic, 2-3 teaspoon salt
5 pieces dried longan

Prepare & Cook
Cut the whole chicken, separate wings, drumstick
Para boil chicken for 5-10minutes, throw away the impurities
Add in the the whole garlic
Add all the herbs, boil for 20mins
Tasting time, then add salt to taste.
Continues to boil for about 1 hour
Ready to serve..

Cabbage with Dried Meat

Cabbage with Dried Meat, cabbage has a sweet refreshing taste, Dried meat? Dried meat here is the chinese 'loong yuk/ yuk korn. About 20 years ago, it was only sold a month before Chinese New Year (Chinese Lunar Calender) for 2 months, but now, its sold 365 days a year...  The meat has been marinated with some sweet sauce. You could have it with bread or by itself. It actually lean meat grill from open fire.
Ingredient
Half a cabbage, 2 cloves of garlic
1 piece of Dried meat
A dash of sugar & salt
Prepare & Cook
Cabbage cut into square shapes
Garlic chopped cubes
Dried meat cut to square shape, its rather tough, you may cut it with a siccors
Heat up oil, add in the garlic, add in the dried meat for 1minute
Add in cabbage, dash of sugar & salt.
Ready to serve
