French Beans Anchovies
Ingredient
1 pack French beans (Or Kui Tau)
3 tablespoons of baby anchovies
4 cloves garlic
1 table spoon fish sauce
Prepare & Cook
Rinse baby anchovies and dry them
Cut French beans into sizes of about 3cm
Chopped garlic
Heat up oil, add in half chopped garlic,
Fry till golden brown, remove to plate
Add in anchovies, fry till abit crispy, remove
to plate with garlic
Add in balance chopped garlic, fry for a few
seconds
Add in the french beans
Fry for about 5-7 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
Remove to plate
Garnish with fried garlic and anchovies
Ready to serve
