Prepare and
cook
Marinate
chicken with sesame oil 1hour
Ginger Slice 10cm
big chunk
Ginger Slice 10cm
thinly strips
Slice 2
garlics
Start Cooking
Add a
tablespoon oil
Fry Shallots
& thinly strips ginger
Remove thin
slice ginger and garlic
Add in big
chunk ginger for 2minutes
Add in chicken
Add chinese
wine
Add ½
tablespoon salt
Stir fry for 10
– 15 minutes
Remove and
garnish with garlic & thinly strips ginger
Before cook
the chicken does not need to add in oil because the chicken already been
marinated with sesame oil
