Since I’ve bought the bottle of taucu previously, can’t let it to
waste. What should I do? Make pork ribs again until the whole bottle finish? Wow,
means I gotta eat pork ribs every month, that’s really bored. We still could do
with other dishes, like now, taucu fish….
Oppss.. I forgot to add in the spring onion while I snap the
photo..
Ingredient
1 Medium size fish, 1 pinch of salt/1 slice ginger
1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon sesame oil,
1 tablespoon taucu, 1 teaspoon sugar,
2 tablespoon water
1 spring onion
Prepare & Cook
Clean up fish, add salt/ ginger into fish stomach on steaming
plate
Heat oil pan, add in garlic, fry till start turn to darken
Add taucu, 1 tablespoon taucu, 1 teaspoon sugar,
Add 2 tablespoon water, stir it up,
Add sesame oil, stir for 10 seconds
Remove from pan & spread it all over the fish
Steam fish for 10 mins
Garnish with spring onion
Ready to serve
