Cabbage with Dried Meat

Cabbage with Dried Meat, cabbage has a sweet refreshing taste, Dried meat? Dried meat here is the chinese 'loong yuk/ yuk korn. About 20 years ago, it was only sold a month before Chinese New Year (Chinese Lunar Calender) for 2 months, but now, its sold 365 days a year...  The meat has been marinated with some sweet sauce. You could have it with bread or by itself. It actually lean meat grill from open fire.
Ingredient
Half a cabbage, 2 cloves of garlic
1 piece of Dried meat
A dash of sugar & salt
Prepare & Cook
Cabbage cut into square shapes
Garlic chopped cubes
Dried meat cut to square shape, its rather tough, you may cut it with a siccors
Heat up oil, add in the garlic, add in the dried meat for 1minute
Add in cabbage, dash of sugar & salt.
Ready to serve
