Beehoon Sausage /(Vermicelli Sausage)

Beehoon Sausage /(Vermicelli Sausage)
We usually have sausages with a bun or sausages rolled on a slice of bread or plain sausage on a stick. Why not make something else? Beehoon sausages….  Sounds odd ? Does not matter if it taste good. It was still plain for me, so I bought a pack of vege, a box of cute little brussels sprout. Unfortunately, I have no idea why the brussels sprout was bitter in the centre, most probably should add more sugar to neutralize it.
Beehoon = Vermicelli. For the beehoon, I bought a pack of beehoon made by pumpkin, its thinner than the normal beehoon. Texture is softer..
