Essence of Chicken Ginseng with Chicken

Sometimes we receive bottles of Essence of chicken as gifts. It is a healthy substance, traditional medicine used for general weakness, to improve appetite & digestion and for nourishment for women after delivery. Safety for used of ginseng in pregnant women and children has NOT been established. You could drink it barely by itself, chilled or warmed, if you love bitter stuff. Else, what could you do with it? Leave it in the kitchen store till it expires and pour it down the drain? What a waste. Think of it another way. Lets cook it! Those people whom does not know how to get rid of your Essence of Chicken, this is the perfect time for you now.
Some of you might think chicken breast is plain & dry, here is a good chance for you to cook your boring tasteless chicken. Plain chicken + Essence chicken = Tasty Chicken
Ingredient 2 pax
1 piece chicken breast
1 bottle Essence of chicken with Ginseng Cordyseps
3 cloves garlic, 2 shallots, 1 spring onion,
½ cup water, 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce (thick type)
½ teaspoon sugar & salt, 1 dash garlic parsley powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoon soy sauce
Prepare & cook
Slice chicken breast to cubes
Slice garlic & shallots
Marinate chicken with (1hour)
½ teaspoon sugar & salt, 1 dash garlic parsley powder
1 teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoon soy sauce
Start cooking
Heat oil, fry garlic & shallots till dark yellow
Add chicken breast, Add 1 bottle Essence of chicken
Add dark soy sauce & ½ cup water
Mix & simmer for 5-10 minutes,
Taste it, if its bitter for you, add a dash of sugar.
Garnish with spring onion. Ready to serve
After cooking them together, you won’t feel it bitterness of the chicken essence, neither would you feel the plain taste of the chicken breast. The chicken meat is filled with the flavors. It will be delicious to mix on with white rice. Yum!
